Panera Bread in Atdens

Staff were friendly and helpful, sent me to the correct isle, had exact items i came for,check out was fast.

Love the soups and bread. I don't like their policy that says no guns allowed. I feel unsafe if unarmed. I don't go there often.

New experience. New cashier was a bit green as to be expected. Sandwich big enough to make two meals. It was prepared as asked.

Love the half salads and the fresh ingredients in all their sandwiches.

I have been coming here since it opened, but my visits have been less and less because frankly the quality and service has not been good. I used to count on getting a fresh cup of coffee whenever I went there. When I went there a week ago, the coffee available was brewed at 6:15 and I was there at 9:30? I and 2 other patrons had to wait till a new pot was brewed, which they did when asked.I have to say that their bagels are pretty good as is much of the breads, but the whole feel of the place has changed as they have added kiosks and less service.

Love the call in service. Great food as only Panera can prepare. Highly recommend.

Our order was messed up 4 times! It was terrible!

Restaurant was very clean-service was courteous and expedient-food was excellent, as always, - a great place to go.

Staff was cheerful and very friendly. Enjoyed my visit and the calm atmosphere, not to mention the delicious soup and sandwiches.My daughter seems to be hooked now. I will be back soon!

There is always something incorrect on my order. Never fails. Rapid pick up or walk in service. Today's visit was no different. Cashier even relayed instructions to kitchen staff but a half hour later when I dig into my sandwich, it's missing ingredients. "Accuracy matters" they say.

I ordered a Cuban sandwich and it came out sloppy and with very little pork. Then ordered dessert and waited 25 min before going to the counter. They had lost my order. Worst service I've received at a Panera...

I placed an online order (soups for the kids) with missing pastry and to come home and find out the bread is missing. Called them hoping for a good service and was rudely offered for a refund of the breads! That is it! That is how they could fix my problem!

The food preparation and quality is always top notch. A little pricey for me but always enjoy eating there when I can afford to feel special.

Good food with good service. Sometimes run out of favorites though so if you want something in particular go early.Had to come back and change my review. It's been about a year since I've been to panera. A lot has changed and not for the better. The prices have always been a little high but now they are higher and you get less food. The portion sizes are awful. It's still tasty but not worth the price anymore.

I don't go to Panera all that often because there's not a location convenient to me. Today I have the pick 2 combo where you can choose a salad or a sandwich and or a cup of soup. I chose the Asian sesame salad and the turkey chili. Both were good: the salad had a citrus vinaigrette, crunchy tortilla strips, and shredded chicken. I would have preferred some other ingredients like tomato or cucumber or something, but it was still good. The turkey chili was on special and was very hearty and filling. I noticed carrots and garbanzo beans among other ingredients.Overall, I find Panera Bread to be a solid choice for the healthy minded folks. It's hard to go wrong with a lot of their options as long as you stay away from the baked goods.

Panera Bread is a favorite. The soups are excellent - the turkey chili is, I think, the best. The sandwiches are very good. Well stacked and well made. It's nice to have the choice of salad, soup, sandwiches, and pastas and all are so good. Also, terrific pastries and cookies. Their orange scone is fantastic.

The employee running food out to customers at 7PM on the 18th, I believe her name was Kayla was extremely rude, disrespectful, and demeaning. Basic customer service should be a must for your employees and this one did not meet the standard. Great company poor quality employee. I feel terrible for the operator that doesn’t know this is going on in their business.

Daveda was awesome, kind, courteous and very professional.. I had just surgery and she was generally concerned for me and got our order together very efficiently ....definitely keep her...and our food n smoothies were awesome...

Generally good food and service

This restaurant was clean and set up for social distancing. We ordered French onion soup and Cuban sandwich combo. It was delicious!! The employees were friendly and following all CDC procedures. We will return..thank you Panera Bread!

Quality and service has gone down over the last 2 years. In the morning, they always seem to be out of coffee - pastries are expensive and bagels are only fair.

Delicious pastry, breads, sandwiches and beverages. Bread bowls are available with a variety of soups. Half sandwiches and a cup of soup add variety to your meal. Quick service, real plates, cups and bowls make your meal homey, not fast food disposable.

So good on a rainy day. Never a bad meal.

Slow service. Self order kiosks helpful in long lines at register, unless they are out of items that aren’t reflected on the self order kiosk and which case it’s annoying. Frequently out of many pastry items midday. Food is usually OK, overpriced for most items though.

Had a nice experience here. I enjoyed the half sandwich and soup combination. The chicken noodle soup was excellent and the bread on the sandwich was the softest I've had. I recommend!

It's an upscale sandwich shop. Good food $$$.

This location is our JAM on the regular! My wife is addicted to their four cheese souffle & petite cookies & that is it! I didn't think I could introduce her to anything else on the menu & in a pinch I ordered the maple bacon, egg and cheese wrap, with special instructions and they NAILED IT, she loved it! The employees at this location ROCK, & it shows in their work. Thanks again for the outstanding customer service, see you soon.

Very accommodating, clean and courteous.

I have had several very good experiences at this location, but today was disappointing. I ordered curbside. My husband did the order while I drove and didn't put in all of the special instruction. I thought he had and admittedly I told the lady who brought it out that we had. She informed us we didn't, so I apologized, let her know I thought he had, and asked if I could have some cream for my coffee. She walked away, and when she returned she dropped the cream in my hand with quite a nasty attitude, with not a word, even as I was thanking her for it. I let her know it was rude, though she did not acknowledge me from there, just went back inside. I'm sure she was just having a bad day, and it hasn't been the norm. Hopefully it'll be better next time. I hope her day got better from there.

Never had Panera till this week and was surprised that it lived up to the hype. Smallish menu, but what they do have is all really good and decently priced.

I ordered a salad for rapid pick up today and it had a dead bug in it. The manager has contacted me and has yet to offer a refund. I won't be returning to this location.

Love Panera's, Moved from Missouri, area,Panera's was go to spot for their iced mocha coffee and Georgia Peach danishes on the way to classes . Their soups and sandwiches are always fresh and made to order,and when you go,I recommend their spinach souffles, they are great as well, will be returning very soon!!!

Pretty consistent location. Sometimes it gets a bit backed up, and slow. It's not as clean as it should be all the time. Would love to see them get a five star review in the future. Definitely still one of the better Panera locations.

One of my favorite chain restaurants, this is a great place to study but it gets crowded during finals. Service was slow the last time I went but they are usually fast and friendly. No drive through at this location.

Slow service. Two customers in front of me on my 30 minute lunch break. Was then told they no longer offered the item that I was there for. I was there to buy lunch for myself and several coworkers. There was no time left to have lunch because of 2 other customers. Good job Panera!

Really good. Alittle pricey. But over all great food nice employees and over all great.

This place was among my favorites in Athens. Lately, I have become dissatisfied with the service. I went 2 months ago and ordered frontage chicken sandwich. It came totally cold from the inside. It was awful.Today I went and ordered tomato soup with the same sandwitch. But they got me onion soup which i never eat. I asked why and they said they had run out of tomato soup. !!!Even the sandwich was burn.This is the last time for me there.

Panera Bread really does have some wonderful Bakery items. If you're like me you want an extra crispy bagel in the morning and they are happy to run your bagel through the toaster two times so that it's nice and crispy. You can always expect the same great quality whether it's breakfast lunch or dinner when you come to Panera Bread. They really do maintain the highest standards and their industry for their category of restaurant!

I usually like Panera Breads food. This was no exception. I really enjoyed my lunch. I always look forward to summer time when they serve the strawberry chicken poppyseed salad! Their menu selection has a wide variety of healthy choices. I think they're very creative with their salads and even soups. I usually try a variety of choices between soups salads and sandwiches every time I come. They do have some wonderful Bagels and other breads baked goods, pastries and cookies. When it comes to drinks they have usually 428 kinds of Teas mini mixed with fruits, soda fountain, coffee, and some lemonades. I enjoy the atmosphere and this location even has a nice outdoor area. Overall it's always an enjoyable meal there!

Love Panera. This is a great location I recommend it, I’ve never had a bad experience and they employees are very nice. The restaurant is always clean and everything is always stocked up by the drink machine.

I was surprised to stop in on a Saturday before 1 pm to find they had only a few (3-5) loaves of bread available. Had it been a holiday, it would have been understandable. It wasn't. There were plenty of sweet bakes on hand, so I assumed that was where they were focusing their efforts.Service was okay, but not what I have come to expect of Panera. Friendly, but neither fast nor efficient.

Darren took extra care of me tonight when my family and I came in for dinner after a long car ride. Eating at Panera is always so satisfying in every way. Thank you guys for the great food and awesome customer service!

Come here all the time and it’s getting worse each time. Unfriendly staff. Cold food and then when you take it back they act annoyed. Don’t waste your time or money coming here. Food portions are getting smaller also. Horrible experience.
